INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

DOCENSAS, by itself or as an assignee, owns all the rights to the intellectual and industrial property of its web sites and the elements contained therein which are owned by DOCENSAS or its licensors (including, but not limited to, image, sound, audio, video, software and texts, trademarks and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of materials used, the computer software necessary for their operation, access and use, etc.) All rights reserved. Under the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of Spanish Law on Intellectual Property, the reproduction, distribution or public communication are strictly forbidden, on any support and using any technical means, without the express permission of DOCENSAS.

 

The USER undertakes to respect all Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by DOCENSAS. He/she shall be able to view the elements of the site and even to print, copy and store them on his/her computer’s hard drive or others, provided this is solely and exclusively for personal and private use. USERS shall not remove, alter, evade or manipulate any protection device or security system that may be installed on the DOCENSAS web site.

 

DOCENSAS DATA PROTECTION meets the guidelines laid down by Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, concerning the Protection of Personal Data, and Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated 21 December, approving the Regulatory Decree of the Organic Law and other legislation in force in each case, and seeks to ensure the correct use and processing of users’ personal information. For this purpose, together with each form requesting personal data, when the USER requests any services from DOCENSAS, DOCENSAS shall let the USER know of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of his/her data in each case, informing him/her of the ownership of the file created, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising his/her rights to access, correct, cancel or oppose the data, the purpose of processing data, and data sharing with third parties, where appropriate. Furthermore, DOCENSAS hereby informs that it complies with Spanish Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, concerning Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, and shall at all times request consent for the commercial use of users’ email addresses.
